Orders & Shipping
You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been placed. If an order was placed but confirmation not received, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you have made an error with you order's shipping address, please contact email@example.com as soon as possible, so we can review shipment and adjust the delivery address.
Our products are generally handmade using natural pigment and materials, and so colour variance can be common. We believe this to be part of the charm of the product, telling a story of the maker behind the piece feeling true and honest. We cannot guarantee that colour or texture may vary slightly between batches.
Drop us a note at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will come back to you at our earliest convenience. Please note our shop is open Monday to Friday 10-6 UK time, and closed bank holidays. Please allow 2-3 business days for a response, although we will endeavour to respond as soon as possible.
DUTIES AND TAXES
All purchases & postage are inclusive of standard UK 20% tax. For international deliveries, duty and tax will be charged accordingly by your own country’s customs, and we cannot be held responsible for knowing what this may be or managing the customs charges on any international orders.
A VAT invoice will be automatically issued by email on receipt of every order.
We aim to deliver all orders within 2-5 days from our UK shop. For international orders shipping will vary but we aim for this to reach you within 7-10 working days.

We ship most of our products worldwide subject to our shipper’s policy. If you are unsure whether we can deliver to you, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm before placing the order online.
Shipping charges are calculated based on the size and weight of your parcel & use the most economical and effective way.
Smaller products are carefully packed in recycled tissue and boxed.
If you would prefer to collect your order from our shop, please do email us to reserve the stock for you, and you are welcome to check out and collect in store. We package and deliver all products from our shop, of which isn’t all on display but we can easily process this for you in store and make it available for collection. To arrange this, please contact email@example.com. Please do not place the order online as you will be automatically charged postage.
For furniture & antiques, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange collection. We do not manage a courier service, but will happily accommodate collection from the shop Monday-Friday 10-6pm, please contact ahead of time to ensure the shop is open and we are ready for your collection.
Furniture items are protected in large calico bags ready for collection from the shop.
