FAEGER X DRAWING ROOM X MUNRO & KERR collaboration

Hand painted lampshades using botanical ink on organic paper. A collaboration between Rosie Richards from The Drawing Room and Vix at FAEGER, born from a mutual love of print, pattern and homeware. 

Rosie is a British based illustrator who is known for her bold designs using inks, watercolours and pastels, along with printmaking and ceramics, elevating homewares objects to pieces of everyday art. 

Vix came to Rosie with the idea of hand painting a small collection of lampshades in three bespoke sizes, with very beautoful, rich botanical inks - made from waste food & flowers, in Bristol. 

The shades are excellently handmade by Alex John at Munro & Kerr with her beautiful, extensive selection of unusual cotton trims and excellent (very patient!) wonder hands. 

Please note these shades are made on a gimble fitting and are NOT candle clip. They fit both UK and EU lamp holders and can easily slot onto any wall light or table lamp with a lamp holder, they are not suitable for sconces that require a candle clip bulb.  

Use with LED light bulbs only to avoid heat marking to the shades.
