A very beautiful original Howard & Sons Grantley sofa. Two thick comfortable seat cushions and 'Siege De Duvet' back and arms, all filled with feather and down. C1900. Traditionally re-upholstered from the frame up and covered in Howards blue striped cotton lining ready for use as is or suitable for a top cover in your fabric of choice. 

Raised on Howards uniquely hand turned walnut legs all capped with stamped H&S gilt brass cup casters. It's stretcher rail having the original paper label to the underside of the frame and the back leg number stamped 14598-3173.
